Refund Policy | My Digital Heritage can only refund you if, at any time during the first 14 days after purchasing the My Digital Heritage products and services, are not installed and/or used. Since our service requires a great deal of time to install and activate the service installations can not be undone!
If case no works are done and no installation client has the right to a 100% refund any moment within the 14 day return period. Money will be refunded within a few days.
The 14 day refund policy is according to EU laws and period begins from the immediate Date of Purchase. Please note that any License Keys provided will be deactivated upon completion of the refund process.
